Croc’Espace is an Entreprise de Formation par le Travail (Work Based Learning Enteprise) recognised by the Wallonia Region and supported by the Federation AID.
Croc’Espace aims at developping and ensuring vocational training in the HORECA sector (cook-assistant and waiter) for adults with economic or social disadvantage.
For several years, Croc’Espace has been developing and increasing, in its restaurant open to the public, the sustainable, organic and local aspects of its training and restaurant. Croc’Espace participated in the European project SORECO and in various Marshall 2.Vert Plans on sustainable development.
Croc’Espace is located in Verviers, an old woolen town, in the east of Belgium in a border region, at the intersection of Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.
