The idea is to validate the skills acquired as part of training. It’s fundamental to develop common elements for ensuring that the competences assessed have been acquired. The evaluation system must enable mutual trust between operators. The evaluation system will give a clear common structure, but will also take into account the specificities of local food contexts. It will lead to a certification recognized among the project partners.
